unpleasant odor limited food

the location was acceptable, near many shops.

The bathroom had a very unpleasant odor that seemed to come from the pipes and toilet. it smelled like dampness, and even with the door closed, it was noticeable. breakfast was also disappointing. The staff there were unpleasant to some guests. they didn't offer alternatives to cow's milk, and the food selection was limited considering the price.

breakfast variety uncaring staff

The breakfast wasn't great. It seemed catered more to japanese tastes? i struggled to find anything i really wanted to eat. the staff didn't seem to care much when i asked about alternatives. It reminded me of they just wanted my money. also, the lack of window access, and the air con was either too strong or too weak.

Excellent Location and Friendly Service

soft drink luggage forwarding

I found coffee and soft drink available after 3:00pm. I walked to many restaurants nearby. Staff helped organize luggage forwarding and they were fantastic. The room was larger than other rooms I stayed in.

The hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby area, a nice perk. There is also a coin laundry on site , a very convenient feature. Vending machines are available with a variety of drinks and snacks.
